M&M Militzer & Münch Polska sp. z o.o. (M&M Polska) began its activity in 1991. Certain types of activity specification and need to specialize teams of workers based the creation of the daughter companies:

M&M Polska (capital 6.926.000 zlotys) currently employs over 110 people in departments in Warsaw, Małaszewice (opened 24/7), Katowice, Brzesk, Pruszkow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Rzeszow. The company specializes in international road transports, combined transports (including container hauling), trucking and tracing, customs clearance on all rail border checkpoints, cargo insurance and specialized shipments to the CIS countries. Also the company deals with road exports/imports and value added services such as customs clearance or statistic declaration service Itrastat. Road transports consist of regular groupage transport with most of European countries, partial and full load transports.

M&M Logistik (capital 3 964 000 zlotys) employs 600 people in 3 logistics centers (Wola Rakowa near Lodz, Poznan and Piotrkow Trybunalski) and in departments all over Poland (Bialystok, Krakow, Katowice Pruszkow, Szczecinek and Wroclaw).
Full warehousing services (stocking, stock management and control, consolidation, co-packing, co-manufacturing, labeling), organization of goods’ deliveries to warehouses, quantity and quality control, „Just-In-Time” deliveries, waste utilization, issuing document on behalf of the goods’ owner, logistics consulting are amongst many services in company portfolio. IT support of the centers is fully adjusted to cooperate with our clients IT systems, including SAP.

M&M air cargo service Polska (capital 500 000 zlotys) employs over 60 people in offices located on airports in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Pruszcz Gdanski and Krakow. Air and sea forwarding services are realized with full cooperation with other M&M offices and over 100 agents located in ale major sea and air ports all over the world. The company has implemented ISO 9001-2001 and Inner Control System, which are necessary to deal with goods strategically used (arms and goods of double use).
