ALCON is a specialist in manufacturing of: 

- Spare parts and subassembly for track vehicles e.g.:
· new generation brake triangle 60 KN and 120 kN,
· stretching devices of railway engine wheel edges,
· suspension screws, pins, sleeves, track vehicle locks,
· pantographs and spare parts: AkP-4E, 5ZL,
· rail coach and rail car parts. 

High requirements set by this industry taught us responsibility and long experience makes us also able to meet requirements set by other industries customers. 

- Structures and subassemblies for construction, agriculture and transport industry (service vehicle frames), 

- prototypes of devices for research institutes.

ALCON Sp.z o.o. in Zmigrod was establishes in 1992 based on the branch of Fabryka Wagonów PAFAWAG in Wroclaw - currently Bombardier Transportation Polska Sp. z o.o. In 2002 there was drawn up and implemented the quality management system consistent with EN:ISO 9001:2000. The company hires qualified and experienced staff. It permanently modernises its plant and machinery purchasing machines working in compliance with current technical standards e.g.: die shearing machine, CNC bending brake, CNC milling machines. 

The company is granted the Qualification Certificate of the Institute of Welding in Gliwice, Poland qualifying to manufacture and repair welded structures of the Class 1, 2, 3 in compliance with PN-M-69008 standard performed of construction unalloyed steel, high and low alloyed steels, aluminium and its alloys with 135(MAG) i 141(TIG) methods.
