DOZAMEL Sp. z o.o. is a commercial law company, established after transformation of Dolnośląskie Zakłady Wytwórcze Maszyn Elektrycznych "Dolmel" (Lower Silesia Electrical Machines Manufacturing Enterprise “DolMel”).

DOZAMEL Sp. z o.o. specialises in management of industrial areas and providing related services. The business of the company is supported by the wealth of knowledge gained from years of experience in this field.

Currently, we have focused our intellectual and material potential on the 163-hectares industrial area called Wrocław Industrial Park. DOZAMEL Sp. z o.o. is the owner and at the same time the Administrator of the estate created to provide business environment for service operations located on the site.

Besides the Industrial Park, DOZAMEL Sp. z o.o. also owns Wodnik Hotel in Wrocław and a Rehabilitation and Training Centre Dozamel in Kołobrzeg. The company is also a shareholder of in Lower Silesia Electrical Machines Manufacturing Enterprise (Dolnośląska Fabryka Maszyn Elektrycznych Sp. z o.o.).
