The main company activity is focused on the modernization and repair of rail vehicles, structural units and spare parts. The company was set up on august 1992 and it has continued the more than 35-year old history of IMMR. Major customers of the company are SNTFC-Cãlãtori SA (Romanian Railways passengers company), SNTFM-Marfã SA (Romanian Railways joint stock company), ZTP (Serbian Railway Company) and private railway transport operators.
