SKD TRADE, JSC. Company was founded in 1991. The authorized capital was 17 million Czech crowns (550.000, - €) In 2004, the owners agreed on a transformation into joint-stock company and mounting of capital to 20 million crowns (620.000, - €)
From the very beginning, the company pursues the set aim – to continue old tradition of mechanical and electro technical production reaching from ČKD production to historically respected trademarks as Ringhoffer or Českomoravská-Kolben.

From 1999, the company directs its attention to rail vehicles components. The correctness of this decision and high proficiency accomplishment is proved best by the licence agreement completed with SIEMENS RAIL VEHICLES (the ČKD successor) in 2002. On its basis, the company became one of the crucial partners for the production and sale of original ČKD rail vehicles spare parts. On 1st August 2003, there worked 92 experienced employees, in the production department, technology department, trade department and in consignment warehouses.
