WAGREM Sp. z o.o., which is based in Kluczborg, is a renown service provider, specializing in the repairs of rolling stock. The company was set up in 2001 on the basis of Zakład Taboru in Kluczborg.

WAGREM SP. Z O.O. in KLUCZBORK OFFERS:

The requirements set forth by international regulations codified in the UIC, as well as by our clients, entail constant modernizations of our machine park.

In 2002, a unique computer station for acceptance tests of control valves by Oerlikon and Knorr was constructed. In 2003 a computer diagnostic system with the measurement of wheel thrust and a force and measurement module was built. It enables simultaneous examination of all coach axles that have been repaired. Finally, in 2004 a computer station for testing pneumatic brakes in freight coaches was constructed.

As far as technology is concerned, the equipment and infrastructure we have enable us to carry out repairs in a safe way and in accordance with the regulations on coaches repairs. It guarantees that diagnostics of coach components that we provide is of the highest possible level.
COMPUTER STATION FOR ACCEPTANCE TESTS OF CONTROL VALVES

The station is to carry out acceptance tests of the system control valves of:

Est3f, Est3f/HBG300, Est3f/Al2b, Est3f/HBG300/Al2b, Est3f/HBG300/AKR, Est4d, Est4f Est4f/HBG300, Est4f/REL2/EV3, Est4f/REL2/EV30, Est4f/HBG300/REL2/EV3, ESH, MFH with varieties. 

Knorr:
KE1adSL, KE2dSL-Alb/d8, KE2dSLRLV-11d. 

Sab Wabco: 
SW4, SW4-C, SW4/3 with the DB flange.

It carries out a research program, at both basic and advanced level. The basic research program includes tests that have been specified by the valve’s manufacturer with respect to the requirements of both – the international regulations (Charter UIC 540, UIC 547) as well as the national regulations (PN-98K-88177). The advanced program encompasses tests obligatory for identity examination of control valves compliant with the Charter Project of UIC 541-00 O(V), first edition, with the measurement of parameters and meeting the requirements of Charter UIC 540 and UIC 547.

The parameters of work station as far as filling efficiency, braking efficiency, flow capacity of nozzles, sensitivity and insensitivity, tightness of station, tightness of piping of particular work system, and tests of particular systems are in compliance with the requirements in Appendix 1 of the Charter Project UIC 579.3.S. The station is to carry out acceptance tests of the system control valves of 

STATION FOR THE TESTS OF PNEUMATIC BRAKES OF FREIGHT COACHES. PORTABLE STATION CONTROLLED BY A NOTEBOOK PC

The station is used for acceptance tests of pneumatic brakes of coaches in the simple systems types: I and II as well as the complex system type III.

The tests are carried out with the employment of compressed air system, by one person, automatically.

The station is in compliance with the requirements of “The technical conditions for the construction of testing device of brakes” in the Charter Project UIC 579.03 Appendix D” and it enables testing brakes according to the procedures of:
- minimum brake (Appendix 1 to the Charter Project UIC579.3 “Devices for brake testing of separated coaches), brake in the simple and complex systems according to the requirements and methodology of testing in the international and national regulations in Charter UIC 540, UIC 547, and Polish Norm PN-K-88177; 1998/AZ1; 2002.

The benefits of tests carried out with the station:

- the universality; it enables tests of coach brakes in an automatic cycle, it can be operated by only one person, 

- it provides recurrence of testing methods and analyzing different parameters, 

- provides automatic filing of the results of brake testing, 

- it makes it possible to receive the test results in a print-out form of a report.

COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM WITH THE MEASUREMENT OF WHEEL THRUST ON THE RAIL AND A FORCE AND MEASUREMENT MODULE THAT ENABLES SIMULTANEOUS EXAMINATION OF ALL COACH AXLES THAT HAVE BEEN REPAIRED

The system of computer diagnostics Tewag-3 may be used as a scale or as a device for the coach examination during warping. The system is operated by a computer program Tewag-3. The measurement is controlled by an operator with a computer in their cabin. All measurement results are displayed on the screen.
