Company CET is a Polish producer of wires and cables, who has been acting on the market since 1990. The company enters into the composition of the ZAMELCET Group. Rapid development contributed to extending CET’s offer for signalling and controlling cables. The offer is destined for companies, which serve in the railway sector.

HISTORY

The most important facts from the CET life:

IX - 1990 - beginning of activity of CET on the base joint venture of the Silesian Factory of Cables and Holtax Amsterdam B.V.

1993 – Buyout of CET Company by Danish companies: NKT Cables and IF (Investment Fund for Centre and Eastern Europe representing Danish, government financial fund).

1994 - start of coaxial cables production

1997-1999 - buyout all CET shares by NKT Cables

VII - 2000 - buyout all shares of the CET Company by partners of ZAMEL Co.

VII - 2000 - new composition of the Board of directors in CET Co: director Andrzej Szwajcowski, the deputy Wojciech Steinert

2000 - consolidation of sales departments of CET and ZAMEL companies.

2002 - removing of the wires production from Czechowice-Dziedzice city to Pszczyna city.

XII 2003 - new composition of the Board of directors in CET Co: director Andrzej Szwajcowski, the deputy Radosław Dzik

2004 – putting the new modern office block into use

XI - 2004 - reviving the image (change in the logotype and the design of publicity materials)

XII - 2004 – Business Gazelle award for the reliability in the enterprise

2006 - putting the new factory floor into use and storing the high storehouse
